Your Schedule

  • 6–8 hour shifts

  • A mix of days, evenings, and weekends — flexibility is key

What You’ll Do (and Do Well)

As the Assistant Store Director, you’re the right hand to the Retreat Director and a champion of both guest experience and team success.

You’ll:

  • Help oversee all Retreat operations — revenue, profitability, inventory, and smooth daily flow

  • Support hiring, training, developing, and retaining top‑tier talent

  • Lead Front Desk Sales Associate training with real‑time coaching and role‑playing

  • Stay sharp on all services, products, and promotions — and set the example for your team

  • Manage schedules to keep operations running seamlessly

  • Partner with the Retreat Director to set goals, build action plans, and turn them into results

  • Lead by example, consistently achieving personal and team goals

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of face‑to‑face sales or retail management experience

  • A self‑starter mindset with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • 1+ year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution

  • The ability to build positive relationships and coach with clarity and care

  • Comfort with computers and standard software

  • Basic business math skills

  • Availability to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
