Your Schedule
- 6–8 hour shifts
- A mix of days, evenings, and weekends — flexibility is key
What You’ll Do (and Do Well)
As the Assistant Store Director, you’re the right hand to the Retreat Director and a champion of both guest experience and team success.
You’ll:
- Help oversee all Retreat operations — revenue, profitability, inventory, and smooth daily flow
- Support hiring, training, developing, and retaining top‑tier talent
- Lead Front Desk Sales Associate training with real‑time coaching and role‑playing
- Stay sharp on all services, products, and promotions — and set the example for your team
- Manage schedules to keep operations running seamlessly
- Partner with the Retreat Director to set goals, build action plans, and turn them into results
- Lead by example, consistently achieving personal and team goals
What You Bring
- 1+ year of face‑to‑face sales or retail management experience
- A self‑starter mindset with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- 1+ year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- The ability to build positive relationships and coach with clarity and care
- Comfort with computers and standard software
- Basic business math skills
- Availability to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
